Once your order has been completed with payment, proper customer contact and shipping info, your order will begin to be processed. Orders will ship within 3 business days of original ship date. This does not include; Saturday-Monday, Holidays, and when management is closed for events. All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS.com, Priority, and Standard International services. Domestic orders take approximately 3-7 business days and international orders take approximately 6-12 business days. If you need your package sooner please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. Please make sure to provide us with the proper shipping address and email contact, tracking numbers are sent via email within in 24 hours of items departure. Be sure to keep an eye on your packages progress. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen after they are delivered.

Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Clearance, Cosmetics, Swimsuits, Lingerie, Hair Products, Hosiery & Socks, Gloves, Seasonal, Custom Items, Cardigans, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Sunglasses, items purchased at Speical Events and Expos are all FINAL SALE.
* Please note all items purchased During our Online Sale Promotions (IE: NYCLEAR50) and purchased at Special events and Expos such as Viva Las Vegas, Dapper Day, Tiki Oasis, and other Vending Locations are FINAL SALE.
If you have purchased an item that you are unhappy with or doesn't fit, please contact us within 72 hours (3-days) of receiving your order. Once you have contacted us with your Returns claim we will process a Return Authorization Number and contact you once we have approved your return. Once you have received a Return Authorization Number you have a total of 14 days to mail the item back to us. (International Returns will be determined based on Country) Items being sent back to A Classic Paradise must be placed in a Plastic bag and Proper Box or Postal Grade Envelope. Items must be returned in the exact way the item was originally sold. With proper packing slips, Tags, packaging, and care. And without signs of use, wear, perfume, smoke, animal hair, stains, and tears.
Approved Returns will be issued a A Classic Paradise store credit or an even exchange. We do not offer refunds or credit card reversals. All Returns and exchanges must be approved by A Classic Paradise Management. To request a return or exchange, please email us email@example.com with "Return" in the subject line.
Returns will not be approved on Final Sale items and for orders past the 14 Day window. All Returns may be subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us safely and quickly. (We recommend using USPS Priority Mail)
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or style, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Damaged Items are Case by Case.
If you receive an items that is damaged or defective please notify us within 72 hours (3-days) of order delivery. We will contact you immediately and resolve the issue.
